The fixed cash payment is a membership benefit feature. Your monthly membership fee is not an insurance premium.
Which platforms are covered?
TonAxis covers account suspensions on 14 approved platforms: Uber, Lyft, DoorDash, Instacart, Grubhub, Amazon Flex, Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer.com, Toptal, Shopify, Etsy, TaskRabbit, and Rover. The suspension must be involuntary and continuous for 72 hours or more. Voluntary deactivations and suspensions resulting from fraud or platform policy violations are excluded.
How does the eligibility schedule work?
Your payment eligibility grows on a graduated schedule: Month 1 = 0%, Month 2 = 25%, Month 3 = 50%, Month 4 = 75%, Month 5 and beyond = 100%. Eligibility is calculated at the date the qualifying event occurred — not the submission date. A Tier 2 member in their fourth month can receive up to $450 of the $600 maximum. One payment per rolling 12-month period.
How fast does TonAxis pay?
Approved claims receive ACH bank transfer within 24 to 48 hours of approval decision. Payment goes directly to the bank account linked to your membership subscription. No check, no third-party processor, no additional verification steps for existing members.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel in one click from your account dashboard. No phone call, no form, no cancellation fee. Your membership remains active through the end of your current billing period. Note: a 12-month cooldown restriction on receiving a second payment survives cancellation. If you received a payment, you cannot re-enroll and receive another within 12 months of the last payout.
What documentation do I need?
Platform suspension claim: the official suspension notice from the platform plus timestamp evidence showing 72+ continuous hours of suspension. Payroll delay claim: payroll provider confirmation (ADP, Gusto, Paychex, or equivalent) or a pay stub showing the scheduled date, plus a bank statement confirming non-receipt. Claims must be submitted within 30 calendar days of the event start date.
